PII and NonPII will be retained within our CRM and AWS services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures. In the event you request to revoke your consent or delete your information, we are required to comply with state and federal laws regarding record retention. Your information will be destroyed or rendered unreadable at time of disposal.
We require that all authorized third party service providers are under contract to handle user information under secure and confidential means including the return or destruction of any user information provided once services are completed or terminated.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
